These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, including any courses, documents, videos, or other materials offered through the site (collectively, the “Services”). - Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.

2. Intellectual Property
2.1 Ownership: The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Early Years Pad, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
2.2 Limited License: These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:
- Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to the unavailability of a product or service, errors in the description or price of a product or service, or an error in your order.
3.2 Payment: You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Services, including any applicable taxes. We may use third-party payment processors to process your payments. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of such third-party payment processors.
3.3 Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, except as required by law.

4.1 No Warranties: The Services are provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 5. Limitation of Liability

5.2 Total Liability: The total liability of Early Years Pad, its affiliates, and their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors, to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the greater of (a) the amount of fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the action giving rise to liability, and (b) one hundred pounds (£100).
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Early Years Pad, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your user contributions, any use of the Services’ content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
8. Termination
We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. 10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Early Years Pad with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Early Years Pad with respect to the Services.
11. Waiver and Severability
No waiver of by Early Years Pad of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Early Years Pad to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
